We are looking for a skilled and self-driven cook who takes pride in delivering quality Caribbean dishes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s menu
  • Ensure all food meets quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Complete prep work ahead of time for the following day

Core Menu Items:
Applicants should have experience preparing all or most of the following:

  • Sada roti, Fry bake, Coconut bake
  • Saltfish, Sausage, Plantain
  • Baigan (eggplant), Smoked herring, Bhagi
  • Chinese-style dishes, Creole dishes
  • Soups, Curry crab and dumplings

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cook
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional attitude and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Experience in high-volume or fine dining is a plus
